Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from HOOX, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or gift voucher. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store, and the online store does not accept returns of in-store purchases.

EXCHANGES

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, submit a new order online or purchase in-store.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of return postage for goods bought online that are faulty or not as described.

This policy does not apply to items that are discounted due to an obvious fault.
