DOMESTIC ORDERS

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Express Shipping within Australia typically takes 2 - 4 working days, while Standard shipping usually arrives within 5-7 days. For delivery within Australia, we use Australia Post.

By selecting Express Shipping for your orders, you acknowledge the possibility of delivery delays. Hoox® will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for delays. Express Shipping ensures quicker dispatch through the Australia Post network but does not expedite packing times.

You should receive your domestic order within 3 - 5 working days. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact the shipping company using the reference number provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most destinations worldwide using DHL Express.

Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged as such. Prices exclude applicable overseas customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for details.

For international delivery, you should receive your order within 8-20 working days. If your order hasn't arrived by then, please contact the shipping company using the reference number provided.
